ME

At Notton Coaching, I am passionate about helping people.  I help clients attain fulfillment in by dominating their challenges and attaining their goals in life. I help them overcome these challenges by using tools and techniques that equips them to solve their own problems. I empower people to harness their untapped potential, enhance their vision and draw out the embedded abilities in them. We provide a safe environment for active listening where we strive to connect people to their calling. I give space for clients to explore and discover who they are, direction and purpose for their existence.

My passion for coaching started with my involvement in different ministries. I have worked with couples as a marriage and relationship mentor. As an educator, I work with the children and youth ministry. I work with at risk youth in the juvenile as a spiritual gudiance. I have worked with the senior population in my staffing company as a recruiter for their communities. All these areas of involvement stirred up my interest to coach and further help my clients at large. My ability to reach across different age groups sets my practice apart from others.

I invest in the longevity of our seniors to support them as they navigate through the challenges of autumn of life (advancing in age) and journey through it with dignity while living with purpose. Help them stay connected.

I embrace the support structure of mentorship offered to both new and matured relationships to establish a purposeful goal. Offer accountability.

I believe that each child inherently possess gifts and talents to be who they have been created to be. A hand lended to them, is a future geared towards success. Practical steps to help them connect with their purpose.

At Notton, every life matters. I believe in chasing after one until the are established, never leaving any behind!
